Pressure Clean Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Pressure Clean. By booking our pressure cleaning services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully as they outline your rights and responsibilities, as well as our liability limitations.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling a service with Pressure Clean, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with booking our services.

3. Scope of Service

Pressure Clean provides pressure cleaning services as described in the service agreement. Our services are performed using industry-standard practices and equipment to the best of our ability.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • Damage to Property: Pressure Clean is not liable for any damage to property that may occur during the performance of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to surfaces, landscaping, personal belongings, or structures.
  • Pre-Existing Conditions: We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage to areas that were not specifically addressed in the service agreement.
  • Indirect or Consequential Damages: Pressure Clean will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services, including but not limited to, loss of use, loss of income, or any other financial loss.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Preparation: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the area to be cleaned is prepared according to our guidelines, including removing obstacles, securing or covering fragile items, and providing access to the work area.
  • Disclosure: Customers must inform Pressure Clean of any potential hazards or special conditions that could affect the service or safety.

6. Service Agreement

A detailed service agreement outlining the specific work to be performed will be provided. The terms outlined in this document are supplementary to these Terms of Service and will take precedence in case of any discrepancies.

7. Changes and Cancellations

  • Modification: Any changes to the service agreement must be communicated and agreed upon by both parties before the service is performed.
  • Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation policies may apply as outlined in the service agreement.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Nova Scotia, Canada.
